🚗 Banks 41802 Air Intake System with Electric Fan for GM 1999 - 2008 Review

Based on our own experience, this automotive intake system proved to be a major disappointment. While it may have looked impressive, its performance was severely lacking. We noticed no significant improvement in horsepower or fuel efficiency, despite the investment. The only positive was its easy installation process. However, this single upside is not enough to justify the cost of this subpar product. Save your money and look elsewhere.

Factory sealed missing part after replacement order. The same part of the top of the filter housing was missing when I first bought and replaced the screw.

I can only give 3 stars because I had to improvise with another CAI kit I had on the 05 Sierra 1500. Here were parts missing from this "brand new" CAI can. In terms of performance and mpg, I can't say I only received it today 6/5/18. After prolonged use, it's not worth the money. Killed my MPGs as well as the Force, believe it or not. If the truck had been programmed for that particular CAI it might be worth the money.
