No modifications, right on the screws.

Lever 3 inch intake horn for 2005 Dodge Cummins, fantastic instructions, engineering and quality banks, great value for money. Faster turbo flare, better fuel economy.

Pros
  • High marks for tester support and durability
Cons
  • Low repairability

Fits my Ram 2500 Cummins 2006 24V

Easy install but there was a small dent on the end of the pipe, didn't want to mess with the refeed. It fitted well and had a noticeable increase in MPG and faster turbo acceleration. Works best if you also update consumption.

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • Slightly dented

Not much upgrade

Didn't do much with my 2005 Dodge 5.9 with 30% injectors, booster pump and cold air intake? Installation was pretty easy. I bought this expecting slightly better gas mileage (2-5 mpg). So far I've lost 1 mpg? A turbo that spins faster seems to be all I got from this intake.

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • Negative present

This is Banks Power, what do you expect?

I have many parts from different brands: Bully Dog, Banks etc. Banks gives you exactly what you expect, easy to install and my truck's driving performance has greatly improved. Its worth it. A big plus are all the ports for adding sensors or injecting nitrogen or meth. I personally liked it.

It's not just bling. It is really important.

Immediately noticed an increase in performance. I had previously installed a boost sensor so I could properly see the difference. I've maxed out at the default 25psi setting in the past. It hit 33 and bounced off him like a rev limiter on a factory tune. Eventually my check engine light came on telling me I had overdone it. I broke down and bought a Banks tuner. I was then able to pressurize to 48psi with maximum effort. 44 psi in economy mode. AutoMind isn't bad, but it doesn't get you very…

Stuff air intake and intercooler pipe with rag to keep debris out

Very happy with this purchase. Costs money. The truck feels good and drives great. Noticeable increase in throttle response and faster turbo boost. Gas mileage seems better! Haven't ridden enough to test it yet, but I'm happy with the small boost in performance! Followed the instructions and took my time with the installation. Use the scraper as directed and clean before fitting the new knee. I kept the heater grille even though I removed it and I still feel the difference. Installation was…
