Big Bread Proofing Set

I liked that it was included but the basket is smaller than expected. Easy to use and clean, use plenty of flour to keep it from sticking until seasoned. I like that the tools are stainless steel so they don't rust. Lame performs much better than just a knife. This is a great proofing kit that my mom and I love to use for bread making.
