I bought this because I'm fasting before meals during a keto workout. Exactly what I needed. Does NOT get you out of ketosis as it's only 10 calories and doesn't get me out of hunger which is an absolute win. Then the price per serving is one of the cheapest on the market. The taste isn't the best, but it's not terrible by any means. 4/5 is the smallest complaint about a green apple. on keto/IF and my energy levels weren't like they were when your body initially had energy so that helped A LOT.

Product is fine. Taste is ok. 334 mg of caffeine per serving – wow! No creatine. However, the tingling is strong even as you experience the poison oak sensation. I need to repeat something to really nail this. I am disappointed that the $43.00 product does NOT contain creatine, which is one of them. the, if not the, most scientifically researched nutritional supplement that is proven to work.
