I had a gastric bypass a week after my surgery and am using Fusion products. Yesterday was day 8 post-op and on day 1 I was able to hit my 60g protein goal. a thick, thick drink that makes it more delicious. Easy to dose and mix, this is my least favorite flavor because I think it's too sweet. I think if I can add more foods, vanilla will be a good flavor to mix in with other things like fruit or yogurt. The taste is pretty good - I was prepared for it to be bad as I've had bad experiences with other blend brands in the past. I've mixed it with skim milk and if you make it by hand it takes some effort to get rid of the lumps completely.
