What don't you like? High quality glass containers that contain the required amount of food for bariatric patients. It allowed me to take my lunch to work and even think about cooking!

These containers have been a great help in getting back to basics. I was able to get 3 ounces of chicken per side of protein and about 4 ounces of veggies per side. The glass is thick and very durable.

Post WASH and weight gain thanks to Covid and fat brains. These little guys keep me in the loop better than my program. Although I ordered them for one dish, I plan on getting a few more sets so I can cook for more than a day. Now I just need to get that beat back 💃

These small serving bowls were just what I was looking for. I bought an extra set as a gift for someone who just had stomach surgery like me and they loved it too. I love that they are compact, stackable, portable and divided into 2 compartments with handy snap lids. I will buy at least 2 more sets.

I would have preferred a cheaper option but it's perfect for packing groceries on the go for people preparing for surgery or staying fit afterwards. I love the subtle reminders of a balanced diet. Learning what the right portion actually looks like and breaking old habits takes time and effort. I plan to pack them away from my kitchen for long work days.

I'm so glad I found it. I'm going to have surgery and I'm trying to find a way to stay the course. I was asked to find portion control containers. Not just durable glass containers, these are all in one container with portion size markings. Everyone is food. I haven't started using them yet, so I'll let you know how leakproof they are later.

its amazing i love the portion size i wish i had it a year ago. Definitely worth the money. For bariatric patients, there should be more things that help with portion size and simple assistance. That's definitely a plus! Loved the glass bowl and easy to clean! It had 3 courses so I could prepare 3 courses in advance. Just great! I can even pack it in a lunch box. Sealed and ready to go!

I am 3 months post bariatric surgery and these things are amazing! Since I can't eat much anyway, I don't like to cook every night, so I cook on Sundays and have dinner all week! This is the perfect portion for LS sufferers, sometimes I can eat it whole other days I just eat the protein part. It all depends on how my stomach feels that day. I liked my first set so much that I immediately ordered another one. Must have if you just had wls.
