Good product! I will order the 3rd set!
I use them to cook for lunch. Excellent quality, worth the price! I've used them in the freezer and in the oven! They really are sealed. This is not another product like this, they are perfect for bariatric patients. I just received my 2nd set! I will order the 3rd set. I was impressed with the information booklet that came with it. UPDATE! I just ordered 2 new calorie/portion control snack sets so I'm very happy with them. I'm using my 3 cooking sets and they are still in great condition so I ordered 2 more sets today for a total of 5 cooking sets.
