We chose Barnet to upgrade our existing system at no cost. They were very quick in making an appointment with us for their initial visit (which included showing me demos). Nothing! I didn't like anything about it during my demo session. As we got closer to implementation they made some promises but never followed through or kept them (even when there was nothing more than just one minor change needed from what had been promised.) It's easy to use for our staff with no training at all! We have been able to get everything we need in one system which has allowed us to focus more time on what we do best - running our business! There are some things I would like to see added but they haven't released them yet so it's hard to say if those features will ever be available. I like that you can customize your website to fit what you need. I have not used the app for my business yet but I am looking forward to it. There are many features in this system and they work together well. The customer service is great because they will help you figure out how to use all the different features. I would recommend Barnet to any business owner looking to increase their sales and keep track of inventory. We are able to see our sales information and know exactly where things are
