Good weight means men's lenses but not heavy. Great size for a small backpack on the trail. I have more powerful binoculars, but they're expensive. I wanted these for overseas travel. Great lightweight binoculars, I use them almost every day when walking around a lake or spotting wildlife in my backyard. Excellent field of view and magnification for small animals, birds, predators. Easily adjustable. Convenient eyepieces. I like the yellow color, it's easy to find when needed.
