Basic Advisor Review

The tool itself was easy enough for me as an employee of my employer's human resources department (which I use often) to navigate through with ease in order to assist our employees at all times! It also has some very nice features that make managing both training programs AND injury management easier than ever before!! Nothing really.. I like that you have access from anywhere with internet connection! The app looks great but sometimes it's hard for me as an independent contractor (not salaried) employee of my own business when i'm not at work or home office looking through this application because its so big!! It would be helpful if there was more options in terms what type documents could go into each section such insurance claim forms etc.. It's easy to use once you get used to it for what you need or want. Very user friendly. I don't like that they removed the ability of having two separate modules. You have now one module with everything in it. The first time I got this was an "update" so basically my previous setup had two different modules but after updating it all went into this one. The app has been very helpful in keeping our employees up-to date with their information (iPad version). It's easy for me as an employer administering this program since I am not always available at work when they are needing assistance or updates! There isn't much that we dislike about basic advisor but there could be more options within it such as email notifications of changes etc.. Overall its great!! I like that it's easy for me as an employee to use because of all the features are available right there in front of you! It has made my job easier by giving me access to everything I need right from their website. The software has helped me in many ways including tracking employee information and providing updates for their training needs. I have also used it as an internal HR tool which was very helpful in keeping all of our employees up-to-date with important dates such as holidays, paychecks, etc. It would be nice if there were more features that could improve my experience using this product.
