I like that it's easy for me as an employee to use because of all the features are available right there in front of you! It has made my job easier by giving me access to everything I need right from their website. The only thing I dislike about this software is how new they've been around compared with other companies who have had years of experience. They're still trying to figure out what works best for them so be patient if things aren't working perfectly yet. If you want something simple but effective then definitely try out basic advisor. This program helps keep our office organized and allows us to easily communicate with each other.
