Be careful when using it.

Drill bits are good for drilling multiple holes in porcelain stoneware for bath/shower installation. Due to the lightweight construction of the drills, care must be taken not to use excessive force. Spraying with water is also very important. I had to use wooden guides drilled to the size of each hole to keep the diamond bit from "walking" while drilling the holes.

I have never used this type of drill bit but the customer required a drilled glazed ceramic pot for drainage. I was very concerned about the cost of the glass. If I had spoiled it I would have eaten the cost of the pot which was hundreds of dollars. I used masking tape on the bottom to keep the bit in place and it worked great! I started at an angle and worked very slowly, but the process went smoothly. Can't wait to try this and other items! The perfect tool for the job!

Best Quality: Power Tool Parts & Accessories

I needed this product to drill 8/16mm diameter holes in shower tiles and install 2 safety bars. Drilling cannot be started without a guide plate due to tip movement. As a baffle, I drilled a 16mm hole in a thin board and glued it to the tile with scarf tape. The guide plate moves without a scarf band. Remove the guide plate after drilling about 1mm through the tile. For the plaster behind the tiles I used a cement drill, which is faster than a tile drill. I didn't use water to cool the bit head
