Ehhh, not suitable for finished products (shedding)

Those sheds, a lot. If you're making something fast that doesn't require high quality processing, that's great. I used it for dyeing and the fibers separated from the finished product quite easily. But polyphasic. I had to stop after applying a coat, sand and replace with a better finish. I will use them for inexpensive tasks and with real shedding when coloring, but I wouldn't recommend them anymore.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • I vaguely remember

Now there are much better options.

Bought these after 2 other brands had lost tons of fiber in the paint and they flaked less than the others and was glad they were slightly better. But now there is an Amazon brand you can get here https://amzn.to/3q97S2s that is much better than this one. Much less chipping, smoother roller movement and better ink retention. Makes work easier 4 times. I now have a new range of cheap disposable paint rollers. Hope that helps.

Pros
  • Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • A few minor things

Bates, a trusted name in my home

We're repainting a lot this year and will be using a lot of these little rollers. We use them for interior primer, thin latex paint and very thin drywall mud in a few spots to give a very soft texture to some select areas. They have worked well for all of these applications. We will live with two dozen until 2021. We don't reuse them, for this price, use them, scrape off the paint with a paint tool and throw them away. (My shoulder is worn out)

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Out of fashion

Excellent quality and product

You will not find better value for money. The 1/2" Knapp was suggested to me by a professional painter and I couldn't believe how well they worked for me. I painted my entire house exterior. Cranny. Also painted my plastic blinds, started trimming with a brush and quickly discovered that rollers can do all the work without a brush. Have and will recommend to other people. Good product.

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Communicate with the seller

Got the job done in the sleeves of a paint roller

I had a lot of painting to do on the outside and finishing detail on my Victorian house. I was looking for a deal as I have used a lot of these videos. This will work, but the roll of fiber is easy to remove and accumulate in the paint and then on top of your structure where you need to dig it up here and there. In my case the height doesn't make it that noticeable so it looks good, but if you're going to get close, especially indoors, and want it to look professional, I'd pay for something…

Pros
  • Inspires confidence
Cons
  • Functionality

After reading the reviews online I was hesitant to buy the Bates 4 inch paint rollers. The boy decided to try them and was glad he bought them. Some reviews say the rollers leave lint, but I always wrap duct tape around the rollers. Then I remove the tape and the masking tape removes the remaining lint. In fact, I do this with all my videos no matter how expensive the video is. Lint is removed from all rollers. So if you're wondering if you should buy these reels, I recommend you.

Pros
  • Absolute Legend
Cons
  • High Price

good for single use.

I would not wash and reuse them. They are good for one time use. That's why you buy such a large pack. The rollers sometimes leave fibers that need to be rubbed off. But in general they work well and leave a good end result. Since they sometimes fall off, it would be frustrating to wash and reuse them. As a result, most likely, many lumps of fibrous material will remain on the painted surface. But I've never tried it, so I can't speak from personal experience. I like them better than foam…

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Cord is shorter than other picks
