The canister was dented, not much but dented anyway. He'll be in the back bathroom, so no one will know but me! It was covered in aqua colored "Saran" plastic that didn't come off! I have sore fingers (arthritis) so it wasn't fun getting the plastic off and it didn't really all come off. Especially on the seams at the top, bottom and sides.

It was good for a very short time, at first it started to rust and if you applied too much pressure while cleaning, the handle just fell off as it became removed the plastic screw holding it to the handle. This turned out to be very disappointing so I ended up just having to buy back a much cheaper one which seems to be much more durable than this model. Very disappointed with this product.

This brush is a little smaller than I'm used to. When pulled out of the box/can, if pulled sideways at all, it tips over the box. Same with reset. It's all very small and light, which exacerbates the problem. It's nice that it's so small, though, if you don't like looking at it - it's less visible on the floor next to the toilet. In the future I would buy something nicer.

Some other reviews mentioned that they are very thin and cheap looking. The two I received were average/typical weights and arrived in perfect condition. No dents or scratches. The bristles on the brush are hard and we haven't had a problem with them in any of our bathrooms. Since toilet brushes aren't really the most important or glamorous bathroom purchase, I'm happy to report that they're perfect for us. The two we received look a lot more expensive than they were.

When I bought this product I was excited because toilet brushes are usually very expensive. Well they are expensive for a reason and you get what you pay for! The box was so small I thought it was for a baby bath. Don't get me wrong, it gets the job done, but I can see it getting rusty and rough after about 3 months.
