I bought one of the flower cases for my new 2020 MacBook Air. I was disappointed when it finally arrived in the mail. The bottom plastic case was too big, it just slid off. My original rating was lower because the shaft cap had a few scratches. However I immediately contacted the company and they were very nice and said they would send a new case but after a week I didn't receive it and left a review. They emailed me saying they forgot to let me know the cap had been shipped and gave me a tracking number. Nice case, but the keyboard cover and screen protector could be improved. The screen protector may blister during initial installation. The protector also does not come with optional hardware for smoothing blisters. Bubbles cannot be removed even after removing and reinstalling. You can find a better quality screen protector. I didn't notice that the letters on the keyboard protector are black so no light can get through. When I slide the screen all the way back, the bottom cover pops open…
