The price was perfect for the shelves and they do what I wanted. From a distance they look amazing, but up close they have a very strange, almost metallic, shiny orange finish that I wasn't expecting. It's very difficult to photograph, but believe me, it's a very shiny surface.

Anchors and fasteners are junk. Won't hold £100 like they claim unless you buy better anchors. One cracked, as did the other published reviews. There is no template. It's cool that it's real wood, but the finish is terrible. If you really want white, you'll definitely need to paint another layer.

Not recommended. And since I don't have a headache returning them, I just throw them away and write the experience off. First you will receive two sets of wall anchors. The ones that screw in will pull out immediately, so you can't stick them in the wall. The ones that get hammered break so easily that you sort through half of them to find a few that work. Oh, and don't vary 1/16 of an inch from your measurements. Definitely a sad situation.

Installation was fairly easy but I've seen some people struggle if they've never used drill bits and drill bits, dowels etc. on the shelves because they differed in length (although it was a shelf of the same size). I will say that the finish was not at all. In my opinion it needs a second layer, but once things are on the shelf it's not very noticeable.

I had the worst experience installing. Even after measuring everything perfectly, the shelves on my wall look crooked. I suspect this is due to incorrect measurements of the product itself. Not to mention the wood painting is terrible. It should be white but it has random gray streaks from an unfinished painting AND there is a tear on one of the sides. It is also unsafe to install. So these shelves are NOT easy to install unless you create a pattern. Save yourself the stress of not measuring the distance between the holes because if you deviate even a little, the shelf won't fit properly. I used a piece of wide masking tape taped all the way down to the back (mounting side) of the shelf with the clips in place. On this piece of tape I marked where the holes on the bracket are. The shelves don't look at all like the pictures in the product description. The description states that the white finish is "rustic". It only looks half finished.
