Ordered on the site. I didn't know HP had a chip that would stop anyone from using a universal cart. I know it's not the seller's fault.!

I installed correctly as I have been replacing cartridges for years but keep getting an error message for the color cartridge.

It was a great purchase!

my daughter recently bought an hp deskjet she is a newbie to interior design and prints a lot hp ink prices are ridiculous she has printed some of everything and there is no difference. This is the fourth time we have bought this product and we've only had the issue once. I believe if we had read the instructions this would not have happened. Thanks very much!

The ink cartridges were low and did not work in the printer. They're almost out of ink. He could read a color cartridge, but not a black one, but they were empty too.

Disappointing, not worth the money.

I bought these cartridges 2 months ago and printed about 15 copies. Now my printer gives a cartridge error, I usually run out of cartridges for at least a year. I would not recommend these cartridges to anyone. I have tried unsuccessfully to find a way to contact the company.
