Amazing Face Product

Having used body soap my whole life I had no idea what was wrong with me. This material smells amazing and actually leaves your skin very soft. The shampoo they make is amazing too. If you're complaining about this or worried about spending twenty dollars on a bar of soap, you probably shouldn't be buying twenty dollar soap. However, if you can afford it, it's worth the money. The green version smells funny, so stick with the orange version.

Pros
  • Don't waste too much time
Cons
  • It's ok

Great scent great lather I wish it was an ounce more

I originally bought the shower gel version of this soap but was disappointed with the lack of lather although the scent was amazing and lasted for hours. So I went and bit the bullet and bought the soap bar version. The foam of the soap bar is unreal and the smell is amazing. However, the scent doesn't stay on the body as long as shower gel, so this is a compromise. I end up preferring the soap bar version. While the scent doesn't last that long, the lather is ridiculously good and that's…

True Luxury Soap on Face

Many comments and questions are price related, so let's get that straight. Yes, you pay $16 for a bar of soap. What's yours? Well, this bar lasted me (I was a 6ft 1in single male) 3.5 months because of its exceptional lathering and showering every morning (110 days, 110 showers, 110 uses, so that's 0 $.15 each). The lather, the scent, the crispy clean feel and just the right amount of moisture make this a truly luxurious soap. To each their own, but I keep paying 15 cents for it. Stars.

Sampler Bar is better than Large Bar!

Whilst hesitant to spend that much on soap, I fell in love with the minibar wrapped in a luxurious Revain sampler. glycerin strips. - A large stick, but small enough to comfortably rotate in your hand while lathering. - The white part is very similar to ivory as another reviewer mentioned. It is easy to apply to the skin, lathers well and becomes silky. Rinses well and leaves a clean but slightly kölsch and citrusy scent. Cons: - I was actually disappointed with the large bar compared to the…

Fantastic it smells amazing and it produces an amazing letter

Well we can all agree that this soap bar is very expensive but let me tell you the quality is definitely higher and this is the best Bar of soap I've ever had. The smell is amazing and it really stays on the skin for a while, sometimes I can still smell it 5 minutes after washing my hands. What I find most important is that it doesn't dry out the skin like bar soap usually does. I live alone and a bar of soap lasts at least a month because I don't usually use it often, I just put it on my…

Worth every penny! - Bars

Seriously, who pays that much for a bar of soap? After a long battle with dry skin and a hatred of heavy lotions, reviews of this soap from reputable sources and buyers made it the obvious choice. First, it smells wonderful. Even after I shower, the scent stays with me. (My shih tzu even noticed that.) The conditioner feel is somewhere between Dove, which leaves my skin super smooth, and Dr. Bronners which removes all traces of body oil and makes my skin very dry. It's a very thick soap which I

Good foam; durability above average; overpriced

Tried this bar in a GQ article in 2017 and recommended it. Unfortunately the price is too high and should be closer to $10-12/bar. The smell is mild/pleasant and a girl likes it right out of the shower, but it's not very strong and doesn't last very long. Although it lathers easily, the lather itself is modest. After 3 weeks the strip is half gone so that's good. But "wrinkles" or wrinkles on the sides are also beginning to appear. Hopefully it doesn't tear or rip. In general, there are other…

Good soap, expensive

I really like this soap. Smells great, lathers well and looks like a cream (well, the latter really doesn't affect anything). One star deducted because of the price. For the same price, you can buy a dozen or more other bar soaps. Don't know if the premium is worth it.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • Makes me nervous
