Pro Tuned 8” Dual Vented (divided air space) subwoofer enclosure designed for optimum bass response and low frequency reproduction which is ideal for high power or sound quality subwoofers. CNC Miter & Dado design and construction for the ultimate in air tight precision fit of all parts which ensures a rattle and noise free environment. Specially Formulated Aliphatic Wood Glue to ensure an airtight seal between all MDF parts with a second application of glue around all internal joints after final assembly. Pneumatic Applied Brad Nails to pull tight and hold the MDF parts during the glue drying process and help assure a no-leak, no-rattle air chamber. Enclosure Dimensions Sub cut out: 7”, Mounting Depth: 14”, Height: 10.5”, Width: 24”, Depth: 16.625”,Tuning Frequency 32Hz.

False advertising

I was expecting the vents to be in the center, not the edges. 3 stars for good quality and good performance. I don't expect high output from Rockville basses, but the box makes them sound perfect. Minus 2 stars for the fake promotional picture of the box which I was supposed to get but didn't get what I saw in the promotional picture!

Sounds incredible! on Auto Electronics

Completely surprised! Sounds fantastic with two of my Planet Audio Anarchy 8 speakers. This is my first set of 8 inch subwoofers. I always had 10s or 12s but those 8s in this box put a quivering smile on my face! I can't comment on how this box sounds with the big Skar or Sundown models, but with the ones I have it sounds fantastic! You will not be disappointed!

The box is good, but it doesn't go with my powerful subwoofers

In case you're interested, I use an EVL-8" 600-1200 rms. difficult but worth every penny. I had to enlarge the holes with the tool in the picture plus a rasp bit, the wood is good but the carpet or wrapped box was pretty cheap, only torn apart by laying it on the floor.

Needs modification for Skar Audio 8

This box is great, perfect build quality, needs a little more glue for carpeting but is still excellent. The only thing I found unrelated to the box itself was. When connecting this box to a Skar Audio ix8 you will need to cut small notches on each side to allow the connectors to pass through. Since the box is in place, Skar Audio ix8 cannot be installed without modification. But after that they sit evenly and tightly. They hit harder than your mom when you come home late ;)
