WARNING: This review is based on just one use of a single recipe - Medium Grilled Prawns. It just didn't work well. The parallel part of the sticks won't stay parallel as you start inserting more and more shrimp. To use these skewers on the grill, you will need either heat-resistant gloves or grill tongs. I'll be keeping these skewers indefinitely - a good quality product, I may need to practice using them more.

Great for my grill. The "pushers" work very well to get the food off the skewers. Double prongs prevent food from rotating. Just make sure that: 1. the food is not too small (especially inflexible items like mushrooms); the tines are parallel when inserted as they slide closer together as you move forward, 3. Turn the skewers on the grill with tongs or grilling gloves: these skewers will be hot!

These skewers are awesome! I've only used them once but I'm so glad I ordered 2 packs of these. I used to have to use 2 skewers for every doner kebab I made, but it's a lot easier with two-pronged skewers!
