Easy-to Use and User Friendly Program

The most helpful part of this software is how easy it was to get used to using after only one day! I have been able to find my way around so quickly because everything has such an intuitive layout - there's nothing confusing about any feature or function in general use (which makes sense since BCC doesn't do anything new). It can be overwhelming at first but once you've figured out what you want/need to know, getting your work done becomes much easier than other programs where things are…

Very useful for tracking shipment deliveries

The software is easy to use when compared even just in my own experience it's fairly simple but there are many features you can utilize depending upon your needs which makes this program very versatile as well! I do not have any dislikes about bccpostpreSort at all!! If i was asked what would be one of them id say make sure u get alot knowledge before going into using BCCPostPreSorts because if you dont know how things work they could seem difficult or confusing so go ahead give em both shot.…

Great Product for DHL & Other Mail Carriers

It has helped us greatly in our daily operations as we send out thousands of packages each day to customers throughout California! The customer service is also fantastic!! If you're looking at any other product I highly recommend it just give this one try since they have great support team behind them if anything happens or goes wrong (which will happen every once in awhile). We've been able solve many issues regarding package weight calculations when sending large volumes via USPS flat rate…

BC CPPS has been a great partner in our mail operations over the last year.

As our postage provider, they have provided us with the software tools to manage our business efficiently and effectively. We have found them to be responsive to our requests, flexible in our use of their products and helpful in getting answers to any technical issues that may arise. They have taken care of all of our postage needs for all our branches, whether we have large volumes or small. We would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for a postage provider.

  • Their customer service department answered all my questions immediately and made me feel at ease when I called about a billing issue.
  • We were able to move to another postage vendor almost instantly when we found out about the changes.
