There are mounting issues

From what I understand the description says this is a teflon coating. However, I have an anti-play nut made from POM. Finding these anti-backlash nuts very handy, I combined the teflon coated threaded rod and the POM nuts and to my surprise encountered a seizure as the Z-axis didn't move at all, the stepper motor couldn't overcome the mechanical resistance. Can't say anything bad about this product. That works great.

I have two Ender 3. Pro and V2.k This makes the Z axis heavy. So I switched to dual Z axis on both printers. After switching to a dual Z-axis, I had trouble keeping the Z-axis level, and even after applying Teflon grease to the screws, I heard a creaking sound from time to time, and the Z-axis eventually became uneven. I bought 4 of these screws and upgraded both printers. There is no more squeaking and the levels are stable. Mission accomplished. I'm not sure I can explain it just by adding…

I was so happy to receive it. I bought 2. Both rods are connected at each end. Replaced 1 and the one sent was worse than. The one that needs to be replaced! Upon further investigation, I found that there were spots on each end of each lead screw that were not teflon coated or defective. Not sure why all three different leadscrews have it, but all three leadscrews had issues. In the photos below you can see what I'm talking about.
