As a result of using this product, i found that the straps were too tight and dug INTO my skin, causing discomfort during my workout. The only pro is that they do provide some support but the cons far outweigh this small benefit .The design is also not ideal, as they tend to slide down and require constant readjustment. Overall, I would not recommend these suspenders to anyone looking for comfortable and well-designed activewear..

This item comes unassembled and the cords are very difficult to thread through the tiny plastic buckles. I threw mine away.
