Not suitable for gluing felt

I used this to glue pieces of felt onto a felt suit and it didn't work at all! They came right up. I'll save it for craft glue but it definitely won't work for felt. The glue gun was the only thing that worked (other than sewing pieces on).

Pros
  • Easy to install
Cons
  • Expensive

The best on the market!

I work in a children's library and spend a lot of time gluing pieces of felt together to make stories out of a flannel storytelling board. This is the only glue that works well for this purpose. I've tried fabric glue, various Elmer glues, and sticky glue, and none of them stood up to this product. I also find that this glue works much better than other typical craft glues for attaching these little craft pompoms to a variety of items.

Pros
  • Great construction
Cons
  • Expensive

Yes, works great! on sticker

Since the pandemic prevented any celebration or official ceremony, I made a felt banner to hang my granddaughter's high school diploma in front of her house. It rained for several days after installation, and I was afraid that the letters would come loose and fall. But it's okay, it's been hanging for several weeks and everything is holding up. A good product. The banner is five feet wide and I wasn't sure how many it would take so I went overboard and ordered four bottles. It didn't even last…

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • Doubtful

The best liquid felt glue I've found so far.

I am very impressed with this adhesive. Felt has always been difficult to work with and at first I thought this product was a waste of money. However, I cut off the tip (as directed in the instructions) and used a little more glue and it worked like a charm! Even on dark green felt, it didn't leave a very clear mark when you had to move and rearrange the glued pieces. Don't push very hard and use a little more than usual (just don't push!) and give it time to rest and pick up. The real…

DRYING WHITE, NOT TRANSPARENT! Doesn't stick well!

DO NOT DRY CLEAN. Dries up white. Cannot scrape off occasional smudges or drips that ooze at the edges. Ruined my stupid funny Christmas projects; didn't have time to revisit, sent them a letter of apology anyway. Also, you have to apply LOTS of it to ensure adhesion and often it just doesn't stick (yes I followed the directions on the bottle to the T). In addition, it stiffens the felt in cardboard (it cannot be hand-sewn, let alone machine-sewn). Do you see the white spots in the photo? Here…

Pros
  • Great for all felt work
Cons
  • Great price

Just regular craft glue

It could just be the type of felt I'm using or my impatience with working (HOURS for it to dry before I can even touch the project? No thanks! ), but I think I'll stick with hot glue from now on. I tried it, but it just didn't suit my needs. Even after allowing the glue to fully dry (three days! THREE!), I found that the pieces of my project weren't even connected. I waited 3 days for this glue to dry and ended up having to use hot glue anyway. Not only were the pieces not firmly glued…

Pros
  • Non-toxic, dries and washes off easily with water
Cons
  • Unfashionable
