These pads are great! I bead a lot and these pads are good for a series of rows of beads. It takes some getting used to picking up the beads, but it certainly works well for holding them. Also to keep track of certain beads on your table so you know where they are and so they don't roll away. I have also successfully given these pillows away. Everyone seems to think they are very useful.

I am working on beadwork with a ground frame. I can't count the number of times I hit the frame and the beads flew with the traditional rug I was using. As this was my first attempt at beadwork, my clumsiness might be to blame. After scattering the beads everywhere, I bought two of them. They keep the beads on the carpet very well. However, the beads do not roll onto the needle like they would in a shallow bowl. Big glass beads are hard to let go and I end up throwing them into space.
