I needed thin, ergonomic needle nose pliers for my jewelry shop and a lot of the pliers I see aren't that thin, not ergonomic, or have prongs. So I ordered several pairs of these.

A piece of plastic on the chain pliers box was broken, the pliers were dirty and stained and the material on the handles was torn. I made the mistake of ordering their pliers as well and the handles are also damaged and the material is torn into pieces. They don't look new at all. Never again Bidalon.

This is a great alternative to the super cheap pliers I used to have. The slightly longer and wider handles make them a lot easier to use than the little ones I had before. They're still a little shorter than I'd like, but they're comfortable enough to use for short periods of time.

I've searched everywhere for the same size chain pliers as my old pair (same brand). When I couldn't find them, I ended up on the internet. Unfortunately, while the handles are the same size on this pair, the head of the pliers is much smaller. I wasn't sure how much I would like her and to be honest I don't really like her. They work well and I'm getting by, but I'm still hoping to find something similar to what I'm used to.

This product is very poorly made in India. The spring mechanism in the handle is very weak and deformed. The packaging squeezes the handles, and it shouldn't be. The so-called ergonomic handles have little grip and are too smooth. There is a notch at the tip of the pliers and the edges are rough. I am very disappointed in Beadalon.
