This book has amazing Bargello designs with classic patterns for a seamstress. It has interesting color combinations and great pictures. There is a pattern for every design. It is assumed that you know how to start with canvas yourself and can choose your own canvas and fibers to cover them. Not a manual, but a great resource for templates.

Although this is one of the prettiest Bargello pieces I've ever seen (and I've been making fibers for many years), I'm not giving it more stars because it's almost impossible with today's available materials to reproduce designs. Joyce Petshek really is an artist. But her designs are based on kits she put together for high-end stores years ago. Copyright 1997, almost ten years ago.
