After much searching and a few other products that didn't work, this turned out to be amazing! It's easy to apply, lasts until you wash it off, and best of all, it doesn't rub off. My 8 year old daughter was able to apply it herself, she wore it in her hair for 2 days and it didn't fade or rub off her pillowcase at night.

But if it is combed after application, it looks great. She was able to do it herself, but with the help of her parents things are looking a little better.
