LOVE this mattress heater. The skirt is very deep. It fits my 14 inch mattress with a brim and doesn't shrink. The band around the bottom is quite wide and much more secure than the last one we had. It's very comfortable and soft for sleeping. Cables at all. My only complaint is that the on/off buttons don't light up. The on/off button does NOT light up, only dots indicate how warm the pillow needs to be. no light.

We've been using this pad for just over three months and one side has stopped working. I called the warranty number and they said my warranty was void because I used a surge protector to plug it in. I was told the instructions said not to do this but the instructions said not to use an inverter or converter like in the RV or it would void the warranty. I was told that the power distribution boxes would tangle with the panel and cause the controllers and/or cables in the panel to malfunction…

tldr; The electronics are buggy and require troublesome actions, but the product itself is comfortable and perfectly warms the bed. My wife had an old heated mattress pad that no longer worked properly. We ordered this as it's the only one we can find in double length xl.
