I gave this jar to my daughter as she is in college studying to be a doctor. She loves it. thought it was cute. I didn't give 5 stars for durability because it's glass. This is the only reason. Glass falls and breaks. May I suggest that you engrave lines on the back, say three lines. Let's say a quarter-full mark that says "Hello," a half-mark that says "Bad Day," and one at the top that says "What a day." I've seen this on other glasses and think it fits here perfectly. JMHO
