Easy to carry. The paper is good for pencil drawings, has enough "teeth" for sketching and shading, but is not too rough.

Definitely only for rough sketches and brainstorming. I'm using Prismacolor pigment liner and the ink bleeds when you try to layer. The texture is almost the same as printer paper. This sketchbook is best for artists who want to keep something in their bag or pocket for ideas.

What I liked most about these items was that they were easy to buy. I can't personally comment on the sketch pads as I didn't make them for myself. I bought these for my grandkids because they love to write stories, draw and sketch. I gave them pads for summer fun. I can say that they were very happy when they opened the bag and saw the sketchbooks.

. This paper is good for pencils and pens, but nothing more. Most of my other pens shade quite a bit, especially my fineliners. The cover is thin but could easily be reinforced with cardboard - the spools unroll easily when you want to remove or insert the pages, but are strong enough not to warp. me. All in all, this is a good little sketchbook with good teeth if you like that kind of paperweight.

I love Bee Paper products so I was dying to try this sketchbook. The cover is in good condition, but there are dents on the inside on EVERY SIDE! It's about three inches top to bottom in the center and 1/4 to 1/2 inch wide. Again, the cover is fine, so it kind of happened in production and not in stock or shipping. I am very disappointed because all other Bee Paper products I have tried have been of such high quality. I understand it's for quick sketches, but for the price it shouldn't be such…
