Simple Belkin outlet for everyday needs. The only problem I've had with these types of jacks is the lack of space between each input. But the quality is great and has worked great so far.

This product looked exactly as advertised until we heard it fizz! We then read where other surge protectors sold online have caught fire. Please be careful if you bought one of these. We were thankful we heard the hiss before it caught fire.

Like many negative reviews on here my sockets lasted less than 3 months. When I turn on the outlet, the device turns on for 1 second and then turns off. There is no problem with the power supply or the wall box, as other sockets work without any problems. I am very disappointed in Belkin as they must have changed their quality standards - the Belkin outlets we ordered 2 years ago still work fine but 2 of the 3 I received in December 2015 are dead.
