We have been using this item for less than a month and the leg is already broken. Unusable and embarrassing price. Should have been $25 for the quality. Tired of returning it and it was too late. Very disappointed. Looking for a replacement product after having to use it for a year with a broken leg. NOT FOR PROFESSIONAL USE!

case quality is not the best. You can't completely remove the inner lining, so if something breaks/spills, it's impossible to wash. The pull arm wouldn't go down after a few uses and it's too short for anyone over 5 10 so we ended up sending it back. I don't normally give bad reviews but this wasn't a very good product and I think they could have used this review to improve it.

Don't buy this. It arrived and hasn't worked since day 1 of use. The telescoping handle didn't extend fully, and the bag only detached from the handle after a few uses. Complete garbage. I would have returned this bag but did not use it until the return window was closed. save your money I bet I write reviews on everything but oh my god this bag is the worst purchase I have ever made. I would like to give 0 stars for that.

If you own a spa, you know you have the usual chemicals and at least a dozen more for minerals, calcium, shine, coating cleaning, and so on. This bag is perfect for all standard size bottles. You can write in the header what it is and the frequency or usage. And you can roll it into the spa every time you use it. Pockets for test strips, sponges and books. I have purchased this item twice. The first one that arrived (summer 2016) was pretty good. The handle is long enough, the wheels are decent, I'm still using it, more than a year later. A few months after the purchase, I bought the same thing again (fall 2016) - a completely different bag arrived. Looks the same but with a shorter handle (which is broken), cheaper wheels, broken front leg etc. They appear to be selling what they last bought from Alibaba and I have no idea how a buyer can tell…

As a wine club member I sometimes don't go to a restaurant for several months and 2 bottles a month really adds up. The staff were very impressed and enjoyed working with it, otherwise they had to find an unbroken crate to recycle that would fit all the bottles. I also used it for a holiday road trip and it kept all the bottles safe and quiet. Beer cans, liquor bottles and wine in one bag. I go wine tasting occasionally so I usually come back with a few bottles. I bought this before a trip to Santa Barbara wine country. I completed it in a few days. I love that it protects the bottles from the sun and protects them from rumbling and potential breakage. I couldn't quite fit a whole suitcase in there. It holds 11 bottles.
