Very strong, with a beveled edge that is very easy to scrape. The handle feels comfortable and fits perfectly in the hand. The double packaging makes it easy to pick up the vegetables from one and the meat from the other.

I have been baking my whole married life (40+ years) but never knew such a thing existed until we saw it on the Great British Baking Show. They are very convenient for cleaning the dough board, easy to clean and do not take up much space.

This is a good scraper, the handle is very ergonomically shaped for easy handling. I also like the measurement markings and measurement equivalents engraved on the blade. All in all this is a very good product and getting two of these at the same time is very convenient!

I like these counter scrapers and they have direct conversion charts for convenience. And yes, they work great. Well designed and easy to use, I first saw this type of tool on the Rachel Ray Show and I don't know how I ever did without it! Excellent quality and great design. Nice Design - Size and weight feels good in your hand; useful markings on the blade (not sure how long they will last with repeated cleaning and use). However, when shipped, one blade was so badly bent in one corner that I couldn't straighten it. It was shipped in the same box with some other heavier items so it is recommended to order it separately. Not worth going back for the price. I am satisfied with one. This table scraper and chopper is really well made and heavy. I like the measuring tools engraved on one side of the blade, very useful. One thing I want to warn you about is that this item is quite heavy and if you accidentally drop it or lose your grip it can easily become a deadly weapon. I wouldn't recommend it and if you allow children to use this tool then at least you can keep an eye on your child as well as you can when they use sharp knives. The blade should be marked USE WITH CAUTION.
