In less than 2 shifts, the balls started to get stuck. It made the bartenders look like amateurs as Ty kept tearing up the bottles to get the liquor out.

It was terrible. Severely disappointed, we only had 2 of the 12 bad ones we ordered in a row right. The other 10 don't pour an ounce! I wouldn't recommend it if you plan to use the bar the way we intended.

When I received them I washed and rinsed them according to the instructions. It was measured how much water is released when using the individual pouring devices. The most released amount was just under 1/2 ounce - a third of the nominal amount. Some barely poured 1/10 ounce. They are absolutely useless for their advertised purpose.

If you want players to think you're robbing them then these filling machines are for you. They pour anything from 1/4 ounce to an ounce and it's a different amount each time. Totally useless and will put you out of business and create a bad reputation. I used them for the soft opening. Luckily that was everyone I knew and we quickly switched to a jigger that happened to be on hand.
