Knit or Crochet Beautiful Designs with Bernat Maker Big Yarn Orchid Review

Based on my observations, this yarn lacks consistency in its texture and quality. While the color may appear beautiful, it did not produce a finished product that exceeded my expectations. The one pro I can note is that the yarn was easy to work with. However, the cons far outweigh this small pro as the final product was far from satisfactory. I would not recommend this yarn for serious knitting and crochet projects.

I use this as an option on the masks I make. This product is also great for making drawstring bags. The color is versatile and although I've used it on a few projects I still have many. I am satisfied with this product and the green (ombre?) color I bought.

I use this product to make potholders. Material cotton/nylon. I try to use only cotton materials for knitting. Finding a size 7 in cotton or cotton blend proved a challenge. They can be machine washed on gentle cold. I used a slip stitch and it worked in about 45 minutes to 1 hour which is exactly what I wanted (quick cotton yarn). Not sure if there is any variation with the colors of the skein as I only ordered 1 of pink, purple, greenish yellow and dark blue.
