Very convenient! Like it a lot!

Very convenient, can connect multiple plugs at the same time, and the square is also more beautiful. There are two USB ports and two small ports, because the charging head is now relatively large, so you don't have to worry about charging at the same time.

Won't charge my Apple devices

Unfortunately when trying to charge my iPhone or iPad it causes a terrible ding ding ding. Of course I tried different charging cables, but without success. I now have to use a USB charger plugged into an outlet, defeating the purpose of the built-in USB.

The USBC port is not powerful enough

The first one I got had the USB and USBC ports not working at all. I replaced it and it seemed to work, but the USBC port isn't powerful enough to charge my phone. It seems to charge but the phone doesn't hold a charge unless I use the 110 plug on that extension.

USB-C charges one device at a time

So I bought this power strip as it has 2 USB-C ports to charge my iPhone 12 and new Apple Watch at the same time. When plugged in, the iPhone will stop charging as soon as you charge your Apple Watch. When I turn off the watch, my phone charges. It kind of defeats the purpose of having two USB-C ports when you can only use them individually. :(

My Apple Watch Series 7 won't charge

I bought this to charge my Apple Watch Series 7 and iPhone 13 Pro Max. My plan was to plug this power strip into an outlet next to my bed so I could charge both devices on my bedside table while I slept. This charges my iPhone well from any USB-C port, but not my Apple Watch. Even with nothing plugged into any of the AC outlets and nothing plugged into the USB ports, my AW will not charge through any of the USB-C ports. I should have read the FAQ before ordering this but it doesn't even charge…

Stops working after 3 months

Half of the sockets/USB ports stop working after 3 months of occasional use. It was used as intended, we never had any problems with the outlet used as the power source. Not sure why half stopped working when barely used. Works great so far, cable length is great.

Works very well for my craft room!

I have this socket extension in my workshop. I only had 1 outlet but I needed to plug something in. I ordered it for use and it works fine. I now have enough outlets to power my vinyl cutter, table lamp, and printer, with a few more outlets left. It's got a decent cord length so there's room to easily plug in and plug in.

DO NOT buy it if you intend to use it for USB charging as this will not happen!

So I bought this unit to use with my USB devices and found NONE of the USB outputs were working/charging. I've connected USB cables from other known working chargers and devices to these USB ports, this briefly shows it's connected to my phone but not charging, so I'm VERY disappointed to say the least. Don't say anything nice because I'm incredibly angry. I will have NO problems returning this for a refund or replacement, wasting my time and more money. The only thing that works is sockets…
