These 5 packs of iRobot Braava Jet 240 241 Compatible BESKIT Washable Mopping Pads are way better than the disposable pads that came with my 240. I tried it after using the custom disposable pads and they took off 10x more dirt even after using a disposable pad before you use these pads. If and when they wear out I will definitely buy them again!

The plastic is very cheap and has not been cleanly cut leaving small pieces which interfere with the sensor. The plastic is also too wide, causing it to bulge outward so the pad doesn't rest against the sensors on the underside. Because of these problems, the robot does not work. In the end I returned them and got real robots. The difference in product quality is enormous. Please look at the pictures (this product is on the left, the robot is on the right).

What you see in the photo are dirt marks left by the wheels where there is excess solution. This happened 5 times in a row (wanted to make sure it wasn't just extra dirt or some other reason). These return. It is sad that the price of original spare parts for them is very high. But they just don't work.
