Other reviewers mentioned their dogs did not take to it right away, so when it took 6 hours for him to get in it, (see picture where we forced him to sit next to it) I expected it. Two things - (1) This bed is not supportive in the middle as pictured. The middle of the donut has hardly any filling, and one would sink right to the floor. The outside of the donut is comfy and has the amount of support that I wish the "donut hole” had. (2) The zipper is extremely difficult to open because it gets caught up in the furry covering (which is extremely soft). A friend bought one of these beds "Bessie & Barnie Bagel Bed" and I thought it looked so comfy and soft, I knew that my girls would like them. So I ordered 2 in the medium size, and Boxers fit in them very well, with room left over. I actually think they could sleep in one together if they had too! I have never found dog beds as nice as these, and as easy to wash and take care of. I HIGHLY recommend them! Ordered them ebay Prime, and they arrived in 2 days.

The 'hole' in the middle has very little padding and my dog is practically laying on the floor.The padding around the edges is nice and plush, though.

I bought the 50 inch for my doberman. The second she stepped in it and laid down, she sunk pretty far. It was a little too close to the floor, so I plan on stuffing the center a little more. Its the perfect size and super soft. It looks easy to clean.

Love this bed, loved it so much had to buy a second one for my girl pups. It's a little more than most best but the quality is excellent and it's waterproof inside and removable cover is washable. Love love love them!
