I bought this for my son Pop Pop and he loved it! The cup is very deep and the molding is very thick! It was a great gift, I combined it with a Mimi mug and gave it away as a set. I liked that this seller has many different forms of grandparent aliases.

I had one of these mugs and it cracked so I returned it. Then my daughter gave me one and now I just put hot water in it for tea and this one cracked and now I have water all over the counter. I can clean it but how do I return the gift?

I took it out of the box and something clicked. Nothing seems broken or cracked but I have a feeling it will happen. I bought this for my 75 year old father and I will tell him to only use it for cold drinks in case it breaks. I'd trade it in, but I honestly don't have time to go through this process before Christmas. I've seen several reports of it breaking. Too bad because it's a sharp mug. I bought this mug as a Father's Day gift but it arrived broken due to poor packaging. I requested a replacement cup and yesterday it arrived intact and not a single crack. I think a late gift is better than never. This is a nice mug and my grandfather liked it but I was disappointed with the poor packaging. But now everything is fine because the replacement has arrived.
