Very good replacement I bought this door for our pet door that we bought from Home Depot a few years ago. It fits great with no problems.

Ideal for: Dogs

The valve fits perfectly and is easy to replace. Both of my labs are pretty tough for the valve going in and out all the time. Would buy this again.

Fits perfectly! My dog โ€‹โ€‹is so happy!

Replacement valve fits perfectly, no problem. We needed hot Florida weather. My dog Chloe is so happy to be able to go outside again.

Disappointment: Dogs

Unfortunately, the size given does not match the one received. After installing the fastener, there was about a half inch of short left to prevent it from connecting to the magnet. Door and flap measured. I had to return the product.

Replacement Dog Door Guard

Easy to install but it wasn't quite straight and flat. The vertical edges were wavy and let air/dust through. Also, it wasn't long enough and didn't reach the magnet at the bottom of the door. I had to buy a new dog door that always fit well. I hope and can still return it.

Important! The distance between the 4 pre-drilled holes does not match the original mounting bracket.

While the 10.5" x 15" valve seems to be the right size and the weight is very heavy. It cannot be installed without re-drilling 4 holes in the right place. It cannot be used in this form. I have emailed the seller my options and have not yet received a confirmation or reply. I hope for an answer.
