Well done. Our dog is quite long and lean. The length was perfect and the girth was ok. We decided to let the hip belt sag a bit (easy) and now everything is fine. The hood still takes some getting used to, but it fits well and offers good protection. Definitely excellent value for money.

I followed measurements and ordered the right size for my 3 lb Shih Tzu. It looks very nice, but while the coat fits as expected, the hood is ridiculously small and useless. In the photo it looks oversized like you would expect a bonnet to look. But it doesn't and won't do anything to protect it from the rain.

Based on recommendations from previous buyers, I bought a large (25-30 inch) for my 20 lb Silky Terrier who is lying around in stinky shit. stayed no matter how much he rode. I would have kept it, except that way the belly band covers his penis. What I don't like are the elastic leg loops (restricts blood flow and causes friction sores).
