I don't know who would buy an empty bottle with 0 products for $30. How do you even send it? I have been using this product for many years and absolutely love it. Just not impressed that they sent an empty bottle.

Once you've used this on a mated dog you won't want to be without it. much easier to comb without hurting the dog, I spray until the mat starts to drip and you don't have to comb forever, slippage is unrealistic. I use it for doodles.

As a professional groomer, I find it difficult to find a product that works well for what I'm looking for and also doesn't bother the dog or dog owner's allergies. The product is very moisturizing but never greasy and has a very pleasant smell. I've never had clients complain about allergic irritation or odors. I spray a little onto the dog when he's 90 percent dry to help with combing/detangling or as a finishing spray.

Love this material, it works well for drying, mat removal and reducing shedding when used as a 3rd step as indicated by Best Shot. Excellent light scent, does not weigh down the coat. Be careful though, the bottle I received didn't have a seal under the cap and the cap came off during shipping and the plastic bag it came in had a hole in it too, it could have been a big mess , luckily only a tiny one squirted out.
