Batteries included for remote control. The speaker cable from the main speaker to the left speaker is a little short, maybe 10 feet. Otherwise I'm very happy with these speakers for the money. I use them to bring sound into my home garage/workshop and I'm glad I chose these little bookshelf speakers. They sound like bigger and more expensive devices. I am impressed with these speakers. After doing research and reading reviews, I purchased BESTISAN bookshelf speakers. What a difference from my other portable bluetooth speakers. There's plenty of bass, fidelity is excellent and they look good. The only downside is the fact that the remote control cannot turn iTunes on and off. I needed music for my bedroom and I wanted a small but also a bit past and I found them with good qualities and I just had to try them. I wasn't disappointed, these speakers sound great. Good clear high frequencies and well defined low frequencies. Works great with BT and my Android phone or I have a USB stick that works great too. I had to remove the cover to check the speakers, have attached a photo where they look amazing. No cons, just what I wanted where I am very happy with the purchase.

I'm amazed at how great these speakers sound. I'm running an optical setup mostly used for gaming. I use them to create many full wheel, derailleur and pedal racing sims and it's easy to forget you're not driving a real car, the experience is so exciting when you add these speakers. After trying these speakers out with my TV I decided my Samsung Q70T surround sound bar could be turned off and stored.
