Update: Worked great and then stopped working. Tried everything I read on the internet. The support team cannot be contacted. Disappointed because when it works it's a very nice candle waterfall. Update: Cleaned with vinegar and it's working again.

I really liked this candle/fountain. Then 3 days after the end of the return period. He stopped working! I've only been using it for about 5 weeks and have only used it 5 times. 2x batteries changed. And I can't even get it back. So disappointed. I tried to write to the company but they don't reply either. Do not buy this item.

I've had several of these. Turquoise is a great color! I only use distilled water and the first lasted many months much longer than its estimated run time in daily use, but then rusted to the bottom and leaked. The second had a terribly noisy motor, too bad I didn't return it. This is the third, he's having great months and I'm keeping him on a good plate. I run it in automatic mode at least every day, sometimes all day. It does not splatter, soothes and amuses.

I really liked this product, it sounds like a fountain and looks like a real flame. It was a Christmas present I bought with a Revain gift card but the pump stopped working after two weeks! I followed all the troubleshooting steps and only used distilled water. I can no longer put it in pump mode. I have tried to contact Bethlehem Lights but they have no way of contacting them. I found an email address and told them about my problem but they never replied to me! Bethlehem shines, why not…

I love fountains. I especially like these fountains because they're battery operated, eliminating the need for an unsightly cord, and they come with a remote control so they can be placed in hard-to-reach places (although sometimes you'll need topping up the water). I would highly recommend them - they are quiet and you don't hear the engine running. The shimmering light adds to the overall effect, as does the shells on the bottom. In theory, this is a beautiful candle and fountain! However, the water pump stopped working after a few months. I get no support from the manufacturer Bethlehem Lighting because GKI no longer exists and is no longer part of Bethlehem Lighting. I cannot get support from either the seller or Revain. Revane said I could return the candle and pay a $15 restocking fee! Why do I have to pay restocking fees? #1 Nothing to refill - defective item, and #2 I don't have to pay to return the defective…
