Great Plug Kit for the Money

I used this plug kit on a motorcycle tire. I am thinking it will work even better on a car tire. It was easy to use and did plug the small hole I had. Still had a very tiny, tiny leak but good enough to get my bike to a shop and get the tire replaced. Note: it is not recommended to continue to use a motorcycle tire that has been plugged. A car tire a different.

Pros
  • Tools & Equipment
Cons
  • The glue may not be effective in wet conditions

Works as Expected on my review.

The kit comes with almost everything you might need. You'll need some pliers to remove the nail or whatever it may be as well as a razor blade to cut off the excess plug. The kit is well made and most items are in individual bags which is great for storage. However, the lubricant is not bagged and if it ships in the heat some might leak out into the kit like I had and I saw in other reviews. The lubricant smells like crisco, and doesn't appear to be designed as any kind of vulcanizing compound…

Pros
  • Not just the best bang for your bucks but also on a beautiful case
Cons
  • The plugs may not fit all tire valve sizes

Watch out for roofing nails!

I recently had my roof replaced and even though the roofers used a big magnet to sweep the yard for nails they missed one that my tractor tire found. I ordered this and in minutes had the hole plugged and was back to mowing.

Pros
  • The kit comes with easy-to-follow instructions, making it simple for anyone to repair a flat tire
Cons
  • The kit may not include a broken tire valve removal tool

Kit comes in very nice zip up case

Have not used the kit yet as it will be carried in our RV for emergency tire repair, if tire is repairable. The kit parts "T" handles look strong and should work well as well as the tire plugs look to be in a sealed package for future use. I hope we never have to use, but if we are out somewhere where there are no services it could be very useful.

Pros
  • Tire Repair Tools
Cons
  • The tools may not be heat-resistant and may become damaged during use

Carry in the car on my review.

The insertion tools are very good quality. The plug cords are very good and work well. I’ve patched many tires with a similar kit. Nice case. At this price get one and keep it in the car.

Pros
  • Well worth the money
Cons
  • The kit may not include a valve core remover tool

Awesome Kit! on my review.

I’ve fixed 3/4” tear on the side of the tire with that kit! Something I’ve never thought would be possible. Used a few plugs for that whole. Drove 30 mile, and so far no air escape. Extremely easy to use and very nice storage pouch. Just awesome!

Pros
  • Versatile: This kit can be used on a variety of vehicles and equipment, including cars, trucks, motorcycles, lawnmowers, and more
Cons
  • The plugs may not hold up well on tires with high mileage

Great for nail or screw in tire

Easy to use. Took tire off car for better access. Deflated for easier penetration inserted plug, refilled air. Worked first time still holding months later.

Pros
  • Has everything I need. The case just seems cheap and has no handle.
Cons
  • The plugs may not last long and may need frequent replacement

Its a good kit and did the job

In needs rubber cement to work properly that is not included. My kit arrived looking like it was soaked in water or something. Tools were a bit rusty and the cleaning agent was almost empty.I did not ask for exchange since it did not effect the functionality and I needed to use it right away.Positives are large handle on both tools that wake working the puncture hole easy. Good kit and I recommend it.

Pros
  • Safe: Repairing a flat tire yourself is safer than driving on a damaged tire, as it reduces the risk of a blowout or accident
Cons
  • The plugs may not work on tires with a high load capacity

A perfect and easy repair.

For years I have been removing the tire, taking to the tire shop and getting it fixed for anywhere from $20-30, and usually a lot of hassle about "you really should think about replacing the tire" which is all hooey. After actually watching ones shop do the plug repair it was obvious to me how easy it was if you only had the right kit. Well, this was it. I pulled the tire off my Subaru, located the puncture, pulled it out and then inserted the plug and cutting off the excess just like on…

Pros
  • Reliable
Cons
  • The kit may not include a tire repair manual

Arrived used looking but all plugs were there

The install tool had lubricant on it and looked crooked but not bent, but rest of kit looked okay. I thought maybe someone tried using that tool and maybe it failed, and so they got a second kit to swap out that tool then returned it. The lubricant was melted a bit but prob wasn’t used. Anyway since the plugs looked unused, and the tool did straighten out ok, I decided to just keep it and hope I never need it. The tools are mechanically simple and don’t appear damaged. But not a great first…

Pros
  • Eco-friendly
Cons
  • The case may not have a secure locking mechanism

I don't know. - my new review

I should have purchased this tire repair kit a year ago when I got a battery charger I needed. but I didn't. Recently friend ran over a screw, had a flat tire but all I could do was to inflate the tire. It gave him enough time to drive to a mechanic who repaired the tire with a kit like this. Needles to say I went online and got this BETOOLL tire repair kit. I love having this tire repair kit at the ready in my trunk finally. The tools are solid and sturdy however to make the kit complete I…

Pros
  • Very simple and easy to use. I think everyone should have one in their car!
Cons
  • The kit may not be suitable for repairing tubeless tires

Compact zippered package

This is a must have for anyone that ventures out into the field, away from your home base. Just don't forget the compressor to add air after the fix.

Pros
  • Durable
Cons
  • The plugs may not work on tires with damaged cords or belts

Strong tools on my review.

I bought this to replace a cheap repair kit which broke because of the plastic handles. This one seems strong and will last a while. I wish it included a spare inserter tip though like some of the other ones do.

Pros
  • Easy to use.
Cons
  • The glue may have a strong odor that is unpleasant to work with
