I bought this because I like the idea of airtight canisters that can be operated with one hand. It's a step up in terms of usability. While others on the market have a round pop-up button, this product has a sharp handle that can be flipped one way to open and the other to close. The handle idea makes removing the lid even easier, especially when hands are wet and slippery. I use size 7.5 for flour, rice and powdered sugar because I can get them out with a measuring tool.
