I like that you can export all of the data from one WP install into another. It's also possible to import the other way around as well. The program is very intuitive and easy to use. There are some issues with exporting certain plugins but it works great otherwise. We have used this software for years now and we've never had any problems. I like the ability to see how many words are being replaced and how many characters are being replaced. I also like that I can choose whether to do a case-insensitive or case-sensitive search. Sometimes it doesn't always work. It happens when you have a lot of words with the same characters.
