Good solid stem for home brewing and wine making

I purchased this product to fit a faucet handle when traveling with my home made Cornelius kegs for parties/events. This shaft is strong and well made. I always choose stainless steel so it doesn't taint the beer and it will last a lifetime.

Coupler Kit Required

Seems well made and fits the faucets I've bought but until they arrived I didn't realize you also need a drink line connection kit and a nut on the end of the stem. Let's hope all the pieces fit together. It is not possible to connect the hose to the shaft end without an additional part.

Liquid thorn built-in

Shank received does not match description or photos. What I found is not at all unusual in the kegerator/beverage machine category here at Revain. I ordered this particular item but received a liquid skewer shaft which is part of the shaft design. This is a permanent notch machined from the stock. I'm not complaining because it means fewer parts, less than a leak etc. The only thing that worries me is that I also ordered the spike kit separately so I wasted my money. For anyone considering…

Pros
  • House and kitchen
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.
