I purchased this product at the end of December 2019 and it has been my favorite electric shaver I have ever used. Today it suddenly stopped working. Won't charge, won't turn on etc. Very disappointed that such an expensive product just stopped working after 3 months.

I have to say wow! I was skeptical about buying such expensive trimmers; However, I have to say that the lines are clear and sharp without the need to modify the blade like other brands. Powerful motor, but relatively quiet! Great battery life and endurance! My only downside is that you have to be careful when combing your hair or you could damage the $30 blade assembly as it snaps in and out. This is the second edge trimmer I've bought (and now have to return) because BOTH have stopped working (one silver and one black). The first worked even after trying to turn it off, and the second doesn't hold a charge and won't turn on again. Ooooooooo those are trimmers 🔥🔥🔥🔥 my beard looks like I went to the hairdresser. They like it sooooo pretty and it goes with black so that's definitely a big yes for me. You look so smooth. You can lift the blade without removing screws. My beard and food stay fresh now and I'm happy.

Before I even had time to use the trimmer twice, the trimmer would not turn on and recharge. I tried to charge and there was no LED battery notification anymore. I tried to contact the support team and emailed the receipt as they told me to. I haven't heard a reply from Bevel. I am very disappointed and would not recommend the product.

Okay, I'll admit I was a little skeptical about the price of this trimmer compared to what it can actually do. And I have to say, these are GOD'S trimmers.
